1.            Before returning an order, you will need to contact our customer service department at 1-802-456-8901 with your reason for requesting a return.  A Return Form will be emailed or faxed to you and must be completed, signed and faxed back to us before a RA number is assigned.

2.            We will respond via email or fax with a return authorization number and instruction on how to properly package the goods.  We will not accept any returns without the RA number.  All returns are carefully inspected to verify that they are unused and in brand new condition. 

3.            Orders shipped via UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.

4.            Properly package and insure all items for their full value as stated in our return policy.  Lost or damaged parts can not be exchanged or refunded.

5.            Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

6.            Products returned may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Shipping costs incorporated in the package is non-refundable for non-defective returns or exchanges.

7.            Customer is liable for all shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. This includes any return due to warranty issues.

8.            Report any damages and/or shortages within 48 hours of receiving your product.  No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.

9.            Used parts are not returnable.  Wheels and tires that have been mounted on your vehicle cannot be returned. 

10.        When purchasing wheels alone, test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.  Once a tire is mounted, there are absolutely no returns.

11.        Unless purchased together as a package, tires may not be returned or exchanged once mounted on a wheel.

12.        Merchandise showing any extent of wear or damage from automotive use or improper installation will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

13.        Labor costs of $60 for mounting and balancing incorporated in the package price is non-refundable.

14.        Shipping costs incorporated in the package is non-refundable for non-defective returns or exchanges.

15.        No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
